Biography

I have represented physicians before the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure and presented oral arguments to the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Kentucky Supreme Court, United States District Courts and the United States Court of Appeals of the Sixth Circuit. I practice all aspects of litigation including pre-litigation investigation; drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, dispostive and other pre and post trial motions; conducted direct and cross-examination of witnesses; oral arguments; and handling of appeals. I am experienced in numerous areas including appellate practice; medical malpractice; personal injury; wrongful death and other general tort law; employment law, education law; commercial and business tort law; and family law. Served as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. I have obtained an AV- Martindale Hubbell Rating, the highest rating obtainable, for my ethical and professional conduct.
