Dapelo, Esq., PC was established in 1997 to provide the highest caliber of legal services in the area of divorce, family law, custody, visitation, criminal, traffic, real estate, personal injury, wills, trusts, probate, estate, and litigation matters.

Daniel G. Dapelo, Esq., the owner and Chief Operating Officer of The Law Offices of Robert W. Dapelo, Esq., PC, has been admitted to the practice of law since 2020. Daniel G. Dapelo, Esq., participated in the Trial Advocacy and Practice Honor Society during his time at Touro Law. There, he developed his trial advocacy skills while participating in and coaching mock-trials. He also earned awards for his advocacy skills in Legal Process I, Legal Process II, and Advanced Written Persuasion. He also earned an award for his special service and dedication to the public and community after having served in the Nassau County Attorney’s Office Family Court Unit and Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, as well as coaching high school students for mock-trial competitions. He graduated law school and completed the Uniform Bar Exam in early 2020. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Federal Bar.

Daniel G. Dapelo, Esq., began working at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office where he developed and strengthened skills in investigating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of cases early in the criminal prosecution process. He further developed trial advocacy skills through the prosecution of violent felonies, misdemeanors, and drug or alcohol related charges.

In 2026, he left the Queens County District Attorney’s Office and began working in the Law Office of Robert W. Dapelo, Esq., P.C., alongside his father.
