Biography

Dan Hardee has been a lifelong Boise, Idaho resident. For 29+ years, Dan Hardee has advocated and fought for his clients throughout the Treasure Valley through difficult divorces and trying times for many families. Dan’s tough and assertive approach to litigation with his passion and dedication to his clients has allowed him to be very successful in achieving his clients’ goals and safeguarding their interests. Whether Dan is dealing with mediation, highly contested divorces, or any family law matter, Dan approaches each case and client as if they were family.

Education

Dan graduated from Borah High School in 1986. Dan then attended the College of Idaho from 1987 to 1990 where he played Varsity Basketball for four years. Dan helped the Coyotes advance to the final 8 of the NAIA National Tournament in 1987, and 1988. Dan attended and graduated from the University of Idaho Law School in 1993, having finished in the top 15% of his graduating class. He has been practicing law since being admitted into the Idaho Bar in 1993. He has been representing clients throughout the Treasure Valley ever since.

Dan is married to Gidget and between the two they share 8 children.
