Biography

Daniel Henry III is a Morgan and Morgan trial attorney with significant experience in complex litigation, personal injury, trucking, automobile, and wrongful death cases.

Dan played Division I Basketball at Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA, with his teams appearing in back-to-back NEC Championship Games and an NIT Berth. Following his athletic career, Dan attended and graduated from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Dan authored the noteworthy article on NIL contracts, Sunsets on the SEC. He has been featured as a Guest Speaker and Panelist at several law schools throughout the country, including the University of Florida, Loyola University Chicago, University of Memphis, Nova Southeastern, and Stetson University. Throughout his legal career, he has been instrumental in securing winning results for clients through multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.

Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, hard work, dedication, and selflessness were instilled in Dan by his family. His legal background was helped formed by his father, an attorney in New York.
