Biography

Daniel graduated in the top third of his class, magna cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law in 2020. Daniel was a member of Phi Delta Phi, a legal honors society, as well as a member and competitor for the Moot Court Honors Society. He competed in the New York City Bar Association National Moot Court Competition in Dayton, Ohio in the fall semester of 2019, and in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Boston, Massachusetts in the Spring of 2020, where he recognized as one of the top ten advocates. Daniel also worked for University Hospitals in their legal department as an extern in the summer following his first year of law school, and subsequently worked as a law clerk for attorney Alfred E. Schrader, through whom Daniel came to Roderick Linton Belfance, LLP.

Daniel is a member of the Akron Bar Association and is a member of Our Lady of Victory in Tallmadge, Ohio.
