Biography

Daniel Gandolfo is an associate in the Casualty Department where he focuses his practice on the defense of matters involving premises and retail liability, automobile and personal injury, construction injury, and general liability.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, where he majored in Finance and minored in Sport Management. He went on to earn his juris doctor from Rutgers Law School.

During law school, Daniel gained diverse legal experience through several internships and externships. He interned for a small intellectual property law firm, where he worked on patent and copyright matters; externed with Rowan University’s Office of General Counsel, assisting with policies related to employment, technology, and stormwater management; and interned with the Delaware River Port Authority, addressing employment and commercial dispute issues. In addition, he worked part-time for a criminal defense attorney while completing his studies.

Following law school, Daniel served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Benjamin C. Telsey, A.J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he conducted legal research and drafted memoranda and opinions in civil, criminal, and family matters.
