Biography

Since entering the practice of law, I have focused my practice on Family and Matrimonial Law, Elder Law and Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, including Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies and Powers of Attorney, Article 81 Guardianship's and Surrogate Court Guardianship's. These practice areas have provided me with the opportunity to successfully help people through difficult times in their lives. Through advanced and/or emergency planning, I am also able to assist client's in preserving their assets for themselves or their families when admission to a nursing home or applying for Medicaid may become necessary.
