Biography

Daniel Justus Solinsky began his legal career at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office in 2003. As an Assistant District Attorney, he tried armed robbery, gun possession, and assault cases among a variety of other felonies and misdemeanors. After his tenure at the D.A.’s office, he clerked in the Bronx Supreme Court under two administrative Justices.

Daniel honed the trial skills he learned in the Bronx and became a fierce trial lawyer on the civil side. Prior to joining Edelman Krasin & Jaye, he successfully tried numerous plaintiff cases in federal and state courts in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, as well as Nassau and Suffolk County. He has been commended by judges and adversaries alike for impressive results in both conservative and liberal venues.

Daniel is a board member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Through the Academy, he lectures hundreds of lawyers annually and authors their update materials. Dan has also lectured New York State Judges at the Judicial Institute.

Daniel has been published several times in the New York Law Journal. He has been named “Super Lawyer” in the New York Metropolitan Area every year since 2018.
