Biography

Dan Krause is a skilled criminal defense attorney with experience handling a wide range of criminal matters for clients in counties across Texas.

After graduating from South Texas College of Law Houston, Dan began practicing criminal law in Harris County at one of the largest criminal defense firms in the state. Throughout his career as a criminal defense attorney, Dan has gained valuable experience taking cases to trial in venues ranging from large to small.

Before joining the team at Michael & Associates as a Senior Trial Attorney, Dan was the lead supervising attorney at the office of a prominent state-wide criminal defense firm in Bryan, Texas.

Dan’s passion for criminal defense stems from his desire to help those who have been unfairly targeted by the State. He believes strongly that his client’s should be informed and involved at every step of the criminal justice process.
