Biography

Focusing on the field of entertainment law, I assist film, television, video game clients with their licensing and intellectual property matters. I draft and negotiate software development and publishing deals for both game and tech clients, including many from around the globe. I provide comprehensive entertainment industry legal advice to clients, helping them to option entertainment rights, create IP shopping deals, structure financing and distribution contracts, organize chain of title, negotiate talent agreements, provide copyright clearance and draft "fair use" opinion letters, and advise on trademark matters.
