Daniel Lewin, Esq.

Daniel is a Florida-licensed criminal defense attorney who has spent his career standing up for people accused by the government. He began as a public defender and later moved into private practice, giving him experience on both sides of the criminal justice system. Over the years, Daniel has handled everything from traffic tickets and misdemeanors to high-stakes felony cases. He has advised clients on matters as straightforward as DUI and as serious and complex as homicide. Today, he runs his own firm with a simple goal: deliver strong, high-quality defense at a price that makes sense. Born in Miami, Daniel grew up with a deep respect for individual rights and an awareness of how quickly an accusation can threaten them. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Tampa, studying political science, government and world affairs, and business administration and management. He went on to Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, graduating in the top 25% of his class. While in law school, he focused heavily on criminal law and gained hands-on experience with both private firms and government organizations.
