Biography

Dan Purtell is a Philadelphia nursing home abuse attorney who focuses his practice on liability cases against negligent Pennsylvania nursing homes, hospitals and assisted living facilities. Dan has successfully won cases from throughout the state and serves all of Pennsylvania.

Dan Purtell is a Philadelphia native. A 1998 graduate of La Salle College High School, attorney Dan Purtell has deep roots in the Philadelphia area. After La Salle, Dan attended Penn State University for his undergraduate degree and returned to Philadelphia to attend Temple University Beasley School of Law.

During his time in law school at Temple, Dan was an active member of Temple’s nationally recognized Trial Advocacy Program. He continues to serve the people of Pennsylvania from his ‘home base’ of Philadelphia.
