Daniel N. Stampone

Dan Stampone is a trial attorney with a concentration on serious personal injury litigation. Dan represents injured victims of motor vehicle accidents, falls downs, construction accidents, product liability claims, and medical malpractice claims. Dan also manages the firm’s Workers Compensation and Social Security department.

Since 2020 Dan has annually been named a “Rising Star” by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, an award bestowed on the top 2.5% of all lawyers in Pennsylvania under the age of 40.

In 2021 and 2022, Dan was selected as one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania and Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania.

In 2022, Dan was also selected as an American Institute of Trial Lawyers Litigator of the Year in Workers Compensation Law, an honor given to less than .03% of all lawyers.

A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, Dan is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the State of New Jersey.
