Daniel Neil Epstein

Daniel “Donny” Epstein, is a managing and founding member of the firm. He has successfully tried civil cases, including personal injury matters and commercial litigation matters that have netted his clients millions of dollars in compensation. He handles divorce and family matters including complex custody disputes through every aspect of litigation or arbitration. Donny also has significant experience in the area of criminal defense.Donny is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been featured in such periodicals and legal journals as the New Jersey Law Journal, Lifestyles Magazine, Verdict Search, Trial Excellence, and most recently, Reader’s Digest.Donny is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law – Newark. He obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and has been a member of the American, New Jersey, New York and Middlesex County Bar Associations, including serving as a Trustee for the Middlesex County Bar Association. He served on the New Jersey Task force for Women in the Courts.In 2000, in his spare time, Donny founded a production company that has since produced films and movies. He has been nominated for one Emmy and two Tony awards. He currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Animus Theatre Group.
