Attorney Daniel Setareh received his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from UCLA prior to attending Southwestern School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. He was admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court and other lower state courts, United States District Court-Central District, and United State Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2007.

During law school, Attorney Setareh studied international business transactions and white-collar crime during a summer abroad program in Argentina and interned for the City Attorney’s office in Santa Monica.

Prior to opening his own firm, Daniel worked for one of the top consumer firms in Los Angeles, Khorrami, Pollard & Abir, as an associate working on class action, mass torts and personal injury cases. He then worked as an associate under a skilled trial attorney, Law Offices of Armen M. Tashjian and handled all aspects of the firm’s cases, including litigation, trial and appeals.

Mr. Setareh is a member of Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He is married and is an avid Lakers fan.
