Biography

Mr. Jay started his legal career in 2001 at the Law Offices of Wendy C. York before leaving in 2006 to gain considerable experience representing public entities in matters ranging from personal injury to civil rights violations. Mr. Jay's practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in elder neglect, personal injury, and other civil matters. In 2017, He returned to York Law Corporation to focus exclusively on representing elders and their families.

He graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with honors in 2001. Before law school, he attended California State University, Fresno, graduating in 1997. He is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.

In his spare time, Mr. Jay enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and cycling.
