Daniel P. Jay

Daniel Jay has been a staple in the California legal scene since he graduated with honors from McGeorge School of Law back in 2001. He actually started his journey right here at the Law Offices of Wendy C. York before spending about a decade representing public entities in complex civil rights and personal injury cases. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how the other side operates, which is a huge advantage for his clients today. In 2017, Daniel came back home to York Law Corporation to focus on what he’s most passionate about: protecting elders and their families. Whether it’s a case of elder neglect or a serious personal injury, he brings a steady, experienced hand to the table. He’s licensed in both state and federal courts and has a real heart for the Sacramento community.
