Biography

Daniel P. Maloy was born in Niskayuna, New York, and has continued to remain in the Capital Region throughout the entirety of his education and professional life. He is a graduate of Union College, Class of 2007, and Albany Law School Class of 2010. Dan, his wife, and his son now live in Schenectady.

While at Albany Law School, Dan interned at the New York State Assembly prior to becoming a law clerk for The DeLorenzo Law Fim in his third year. Upon being admitted to the New York State Bar, he joined The DeLorenzo Law Firm as an Associate Attorney in January of 2011. In 2017, with the merger of The DeLorenzo Law Firm and Grasso, Rodriduez, Grasso & Burke, Dan was named a partner in the new firm, DeLorenzo, Grasso & Dalmata. In 2024, thethe firm was re-established as Dalmata, Maloy & Burke, LLP.

Dan handles a wide range of cases but focuses his practice on Personal Injury litigation as well as Estate Administration, Probate, Wills, and Estate Planning.
