Daniel Ryan Flaherty

Daniel R. Flaherty, founder and managing attorney of Flaherty Law, LLC, is a highly regarded trial lawyer with a proven history of success representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home negligence, product liability, and workers' compensation. Daniel began his legal career in insurance defense litigation, representing clients in personal injury and property damage cases. In 2010, he discovered his passion for advocating for injured individuals and joined a prominent Chicago-area trial firm, where he recovered millions of dollars for his clients over nearly five years.

In 2015, Daniel established Flaherty Law, LLC, combining his entrepreneurial spirit with his dedication to helping the injured. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, where he excelled in litigation and advocacy, competing in national trial competitions.
