Biography

Attorney Daniel S. Rabin became a part of the firm in 1990, bringing three years of prior practice experience with another local collection law firm. Mr. Rabin earned his degree from the University of Kansas in 1984 and graduated from the Oklahoma City University Law School in 1987. Mr. Rabin obtained membership in the Kansas Bar in the same year and extended his membership to the Missouri Bar the following year. As a legal professional, he is affiliated with the Kansas City Metropolitan, Johnson County, Kansas, and American Bar Associations, and holds licenses to practice in Federal Court in both Kansas and Missouri. Attorney Rabin has maintained long-standing membership with the National Creditors Bar Association and the Commercial Law League of America.Moreover, Attorney Daniel S. Rabin stands out as one of the few attorneys in the Kansas City area certified by the American Collectors Association (ACA) as a MAP and CNR attorney. Taking on the role of ACA Chairman for the State of Kansas, Attorney Rabin dedicates the majority of his practice to the enforcement of creditor's rights, collections, and the representation of collection agencies, along with thorough collection notice reviews.
