Biography

Daniel T. DeFeo graduated cum laude from Rockhurst University in Kansas City and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1986. Following his admission to the Missouri Bar, he gained authorization to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th and 8th Circuits and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Attorney DeFeo is known for his advocacy on behalf of clients injured or killed due to defective vehicles. His work includes successful cases against major automotive companies, including General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Volvo, and Chrysler, as well as against manufacturers of agricultural and industrial vehicles, such as Caterpillar, Crown, Mitsubishi, Gehi, and Yale. Esteemed among his peers, Attorney DeFeo holds an AV® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell® and has earned high praise from his clients.
