Biography

Daniel Thornburgh earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of West Florida where he studied Legal Administration. After undergraduate studies, Mr. Thornburgh worked as a mass tort paralegal and law clerk for the firm.

In 2004, Mr. Thornburgh attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate degree and graduated with honors (cum laude). During law school, Mr. Thornburgh gained trial experience through mock and moot court trial competitions and in 2006 was named a top 10 trial advocate.

Mr. Thornburgh rejoined the firm as a lawyer in 2007 and primarily practices in the areas of: pharmaceutical litigation, medical device litigation, consumer class actions, wrongful death, personal injury and long-term care and health insurance disputes; and is currently involved in the following matters: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Transvaginal Mesh Devices, Bisphosphonates (Fosamax, Actonel, Boniva Aredia and Zometa), diet drugs, and long term care and health insurance disputes.

Mr. Thornburgh is currently licensed to practice law in Florida and Minnesota state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Thornburgh is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Minnesota Bar Association, American Association for Justice and the First Circuit Justice Association
