Daniel Warren Pugh

Daniel is a lifelong resident of Paintsville, KY and was a 2007 graduate of Paintsville High School where is was member of the honor roll. Daniel was admitted to the practice of law in Kentucky in 2014. Prior to his admission to the bar, Daniel attended Morehead State University where he obtained his B.A. in Government in 2011 with a minor in Real Estate. While at MSU, Daniel was a member of the Dean's List and awarded "Best Business Practices" at the 2010 College of Business Student Showcase. Daniel was also a member of Rho Epslion, the Pre-Law Society, and was a MSU representative for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. After MSU, Daniel attended the Appalachian School of Law where he received his J.D. in 2014. Also, while at Appalachian School of law, Daniel received his J.M. in 2013 and was a recepient of the LAPS certificate. As a member of Porter, Schmitt, Banks, and Baldwin, Daniel's primary practice is focused on insurance defense.
