Daniela Krinshpun focuses her practice on multijurisdictional financing matters, particularly leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings and real estate transactions. She advises banks and hedge fund clients in both secured and unsecured financing transactions. Daniela is also experienced with preparing mortgage and related security documents for large real estate financing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Daniela was an associate at the New York office of an international, multidisciplinary law firm.
