Biography

Danielle Bauer Shelley is an associate in the Real Estate Operations practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York Office.

Danielle focuses on real estate and complex commercial litigation. She represents commercial finance companies, financial institutions, developers, real estate owners, tenants, and individuals in both state and federal courts. Her experience includes handling lender liability cases, fraud investigations, breach of contract claims, foreclosures, and judgment enforcement. Danielle also advises landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing matters, including drafting subleases, amendments, notices, and licensing for premier NYC and national properties.

Previously, Danielle has defended clients in contract disputes, securities litigations, and fiduciary litigations where she represented fiduciaries and beneficiaries/constituents in contested accountings, probate and will contests and guardianship disputes.
