Danielle C. Pell

Danielle Pell is a senior associate in WSHB’s Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on medical negligence and complex civil litigation.

Her experience includes working as a plaintiff’s medical malpractice attorney. This experience has given Danielle a better understanding of strategy, evidentiary issues, and resolution approaches, which she brings to her defense practice.

Danielle is a first-generation college graduate coming from a working-class neighborhood in Philadelphia. She understands that the legal system is complex and confusing, and that lawsuits and courtrooms are often foreign and intimidating concepts to most people. This is why she goes out of her way to keep clients updated and involved every step of the way.

Danielle graduated from Rutgers Law School, where she was the student leader for the Pro Bono Mediation Project. She also served as a Marshall Brennan Fellow, teaching Constitutional Law to high school students in Camden, and volunteered for the Domestic Violence Project. Additionally, she contributed to the Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic, assisting individuals in danger of losing their homes.
