Danielle H. Lamberg

Danielle Lamberg focuses her practice on personal injury, labor law, and commercial litigation.

Danielle graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2011. While at Cardozo, Danielle was an Editorial Board Member of the Moot Court Honor Society, a Contributing Editor of the Cardozo Jurist, and a Participant in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Danielle was also a legal intern with the prestigious Innocence Project Inc., where she worked to exonerate wrongly convicted individuals through the use of DNA evidence. Danielle received her undergraduate degree from Emory University and graduated on the Dean’s List.

Prior to joining the firm, Danielle worked as an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where she served as a prosecutor in a general trial division. In this role, she gained extensive courtroom experience and successfully litigated numerous trials from jury selection through verdict in both Criminal and Supreme Court.

Danielle also previously worked for Clyde & Co in the firm’s New York office, where she represented institutions and their directors and officers in complex commercial lawsuits involving claims arising from commercial crime, fraudulent schemes and regulatory investigations. Danielle is a member of the New York County, Suffolk County and Nassau County Bar Associations.
