Biography

Danielle M. Karcich has more than a decade of experience litigating matters in both federal and state court.

Danielle litigates complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including construction matters, breach of contract actions, shareholder disputes, fraudulent conveyance actions, insurance defense matters premises liability matters, products liability matters, and mass tort matters. She has successfully represented clients in many industries, including financing and banking, manufacturing, home building, and consumer products. She has handled matters at both the trial level and appellate level.

Danielle believes that communication with the client is the key to any successful representation.

Outside of the practice of law, Danielle enjoys running and training for races, and is currently on a quest to run all of the World Marathon Majors.
