Biography

Attorney Danielle Polito joined Langer & Langer with a passion to serve clients as they navigate challenging personal legal matters. She is empathetic to their concerns and diligent while researching relevant case law. Her commitment to delivery of highly effective representation is evidenced by her concentration on developing her skills in trial strategy, depositions, and jury selection.

Focused on becoming a successful trial lawyer, Danielle participated in the Criminal Law Society, Future Trial Lawyers Association, and Moot Court Honors Council during law school. She was received the Overall Winner award and Best Petitioner’s Brief award at the Dean F. Herzog Moot Court Competition. Additionally, she was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and First Generation Law Student Association. Her academic achievements were recognized with Dean’s List honors.

As a law student, Danielle served as a Law Clerk at the Lake County Public Defender’s Office. Working in the Trial and Appellate Division, she researched applicable law for criminal defense cases. Earlier, Danielle was a Legal Extern in the Porter County Prosecutor’s Office and worked as a Legal Assistant in a private practice specializing in estate planning, elder law, probate, and guardianship.

Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and her two Standard Poodles, Cece and Schmidt. She also enjoys staying active by running, walking, and hiking.
