Danny Duerdoth is a shareholder in the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Chicago office. He focuses his practice on complex corporate restructurings involving distressed companies with an emphasis towards healthcare. Danny has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, receivers, landlords and other creditors in these matters.
