Biography

Dante mainly assists private equity funds, financial institutions and asset managers in the investment and disinvestment in non-performing exposures (NPLs and UTPs) with a specific focus on the post-acquisition phase of management and recovery of receivables and the repossession and enhancement of the real estate backing assets, also by means of out-of-court restructurings.

Dante also assists Italian and international clients - including corporations, financial institutions and private equity funds - on a range of matters, such as M&A and private equity transactions in regulated sectors as well as on banking & finance and compliance issues, also involving the Italian Banking Authority.

Within the B&F department, he coordinates the NPL Management sub-group.
