Daria Kostewicz focuses her practice on real estate law. • Participated in the preparation of the due diligence report and transactional documentation for Macquarie Asset Management in connection with the acquisition of logistics centers near Warsaw from the logistics property investor owned by Żabka Group and managed by Żabka Property Fund.°

• Participated in the work for GLL Real Estate Partners acting for Korean funds in connection with the acquisition of two fulfillment centers in Wrocław and Poznań, fully leased to a global online retailer.°

• Participated in the work for Macquarie Asset Management in connection with the sale of two fulfillment centers in Wrocław and Poznań, fully leased to a global online retailer.°

• Participated in the work for Macquarie Asset Management (formerly GLL Real Estate Partners) in connection with the comprehensive acquisition of a logistics real estate portfolio, including 12 modern logistics facilities located in key urban areas across Poland, with a transaction value of over EUR 190 million.°

• Participated in the work for Hines Poland in connection with the sale of the New City office building in Warsaw.°

• Participated in the work for ISOC Group in connection with the acquisition of two office buildings (A and B) in Silesia Business Park located in Katowice with a total area of approximately 24,000 square meters from the Swedish investor Niam.°

• Participated in the work for M&G Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of a logistics center with a total area of approximately 48,000 square meters, located in Warsaw from Panattoni.°

• Participated in legal due diligence related to real properties, in particular within the scope of the legal title to real properties, leases, permits, zoning, property management and corporate matters (since February 2019).°
