Biography

Darian Asher Bernstein is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office, who focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including premises liability, general liability, automobile negligence, and personal injury defense.

Mr. Bernstein graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Penn State Dickinson Law, where he also completed Certificates of Concentration in Trial Advocacy, Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Practice, Intellectual Property, and Art, Sports, and Entertainment Law.

During law school, Mr. Bernstein gained valuable experience as a legal intern for the Florida 5th District Court of Appeal under the supervision of the Honorable Eric J. Eisnaugle. He also served as a member of the Penn State Law Review, Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta, and a legal extern with the Penn State Athletic Compliance Office. His academic excellence earned him induction into the Woolsack Honor Society, recognizing the top 20 students in his class.

Today, Mr. Bernstein leverages his broad legal background and commitment to excellence to provide his clients with thoughtful, results-driven advocacy.
