Born in Decatur, Alabama, and spending a decade in Atlanta, Georgia, Darius drew inspiration from his family's ministerial background, committing to the legal field to support individuals in their toughest times. He holds dual degrees in Economics and Political Science from Mississippi State University and earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, participating actively in the trial advocacy team.
