Legal Experience

Darrell Minton began his legal career twenty-five years ago in Houston, Texas. As a former claims adjuster, he naturally gravitated toward insurance defense and personal injury litigation. Mr. Minton returned to home in Southeast Texas in the late 90’s (before tort reform) and had great success as a defense lawyer in that area widely known as a “judicial hell hole” for its reputation for favoring plaintiffs. In 2006, Mr. Minton established his own firm and diversified his practice into many other areas.

Mr. Minton is an aggressive advocate who is determined to obtain the best outcome for his clients. He is a skilled negotiator, adept at analyzing the range of possible outcomes in his cases and planning his strategy accordingly. His sharp instincts, augmented by years of diverse legal experience, give his clients a clear advantage.
