Darren is often rushed, confused, and not prepared. His legal drafting skills are abysmal. He needs to go through recurrent training on how to write a simple pleading. His pleadings include misspelled words, made up words, and the like. I have never recommended Darren to anyone nor will I. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone for fear of a malpractice claim against my firm and me for a bad referral. I harbor no ill will towards him, but he is an embarrasssment to the legal profession.
