Biography

Dave Wishnew is an experienced trial lawyer that pursues and protects his clients’ interests with zealous advocacy. Dave maintains a diversified practice with a focus in complex commercial and employment litigation matters in state, federal, and administrative courts. He has a wide range of experience litigating cases involving theft of trade secrets, breach of contract (including breach of restrictive covenants), fraud, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, derivative and shareholder disputes, unfair competition and antitrust, discrimination and harassment, wage and overtime, deceptive trade practices, and civil conspiracy. Dave represents individuals, small businesses and large corporations in a variety of industries. He provides counsel to his clients on many facets of their business to help them make prudent decisions. Dave is committed to finding solutions that avoid disputes when possible, and handling them effectively and efficiently when necessary.

For the last three years, Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines have named Dave one of the top young lawyers in Texas.
