Biography

Born in Richmond and raised in Vancouver, David received his law degree from the University of Manchester. Since he began practicing law David has had a wide variety of exposure to complex family and civil litigation, including class actions. For a number of years David practiced in the area of insurance defense, eventually bringing his extensive experience to bear working for Personal injury victims. Since joining Taylor & Blair David’s interest has also grown to include the areas of insurance denial claims, employment law and estate matters.

David has successfully appeared before all levels of the British Columbia court system and has significant experience in mediation and negotiations to resolve issues outside of the court system.

Outside of work David spends time with his wife and young children.
