David advises high net worth individuals and families, family offices, closely held businesses and fiduciaries regarding international transactions, international estate and succession planning, purchases, sales and leases of residential and commercial real estate and structuring client investments utilizing trusts and corporate entities.

David is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish and enjoys communicating with clients in their native language as much as possible. Prior to joining Loeb, Block, David worked as a Foreign Law Associate with the law firm of Felsberg e Associados in São Paulo, Brazil where he worked on aircraft leasing and other corporate transactions. David also served as Law Clerk to Hon. Joseph J. Riva, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County, in the areas of family law and civil litigation.

David received his B.A., cum laude, from State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. from Delaware Law School of Widener University. David also received a Certificate in Portuguese Language and Culture from the University of Coimbra in Portugal.
