Biography

David A. Kowalski is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of appellate practice, automobile accident litigation, civil litigation, medical malpractice, and personal injury litigation, with a particular emphasis in transportation law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kowalski practiced at another Michigan law office focusing in insurance defense and medical malpractice. Additionally, he worked as an adjunct professor for the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law participating in the development of their nationally-recognized Law Firm Program which provides students with a hands-on lawyering experience. While in law school, Mr. Kowalski served as a research assistant to Professors Carol Clark and Lloyd Semple.
