David A. Seidman graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Political Science, and received his Juris Doctor (JD), from Golden Gate University School of Law, During law school, David served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Commissioner Marjorie A. Slabach at the San Francisco Unified Family Court and was awarded the academic excellence award in Family Law from Golden Gate University School of Law. David has been practicing family law since 2007. He has worked primarily as a family law practitioner, with an emphasis on child custody disputes. David also serves in the capacity as minor's counsel where he represents children in family law and Guardianship cases, where he has been appointed by the Judge of the Kern County Superior Court.
