David is a very effective attorney in criminal cases because he projects sincerity and honesty: his case is what it is, and he does not puff and bluster. When I was a former prosecutor I could count on David to be extremely reasonable both in recognizing when there was no legitimate defense and explaining that to his client to secure a mutually-beneficial plea agreement, but also when he presented that he had a legitimate issue I respected that as well. He is a very likeable attorney.
