Mr. Boling is not presently practicing in Little Rock, so it is probably not appropriate to seek Little Rock reviews for him. He was previously with the Justice Department and briefly a Little Rock, Arkansas law firm. However, he hasn't practiced law on a full time basis in some time; instead, he served as chief of staff for a local congressman, and after an unsuccessful Congressional bid of his own, is now the Deputy Executive Director of the Mansfield Foundation in Washington DC.
