I have been practicing bankruptcy law for 40 years, including foreclosures, tax debts, student loans, lawsuits, etc. I have filed over 6,000 bankruptcies, including individual and business Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Before becoming an attorney, I was a real estate agent and insurance agent.
