David is a very odd duck with some significant personality issues. Sometimes his conduct is highly inappropriate and his ability to analyze legal problems is very suspect. Recently he was ordered by a federal bankruptcy referee to report himself to the Pa. Supreme Court Disciplinary Committee for his egregious and unprofessional conduct in a bankruptcy proceeding. He is regarded by his colleagues as very strange and very much out of the mainstream when it comes to his professional conduct.
