Thanks for visiting my office profile.   I represent injured people.  That's all I do, and all I've done since 1983.  In that time, I've had the honor to speak for well over 1,000 victims of others' negligence, mainly from King, Pierce and Snohomish counties, but from all over Western Washington, and from Eastern Washington as well.  I've also appeared in the courts of Oregon, Idaho and California.   While most injury cases settle out of court,  I've tried over one hundred cases to conclusion, mainly in Seattle, Tacoma and Everett, but also in Spokane, Yakima, Tri-Cities, and San Diego.     Nobody wants a "good" injury claim;  that means you've suffered a bad injury.   On the other hand, if you are seriously hurt, you need experienced, competent representation.   I'm honored to have earned an "AV"--"preeminent"--rating from Martindale-Hubbel each year since 1999.  Martindale is an anonymous, random peer review/rating organization, and the "AV" rating means that a the lawyers that I work with and against think highly of my work.      I'm proud to say that I am willing to handle medical negligence cases, on behalf of people whose health care providers failed them.  These are very difficult, time consuming and risky cases, and many plaintiffs' attorneys won't touch them.    We are willing to investigate such cases, and if there's solid proof of negligence, we'll take them on.     Like most plaintiff's laywers, we also handle all other injury claims, incuding automobile accidents, "slip and fall" accidents, construction site injuries, etc.   Our clients consistently compliment my excellent staff for the genuine care and attention they give to the cases we handle.   We'll be glad to talk to you about your case.  Best wishes and good luck.
