Biography

As a civil litigation attorney since 2006, David B. Goulfine practices in the areas of insurance defense, automobile and trucking litigation, premises liability, negligent security, dram shop, product liability, breach of contract, employment discrimination, and professional liability. Mr. Goulfine defends numerous lawsuits throughout the State of Florida, both in state and federal court. Mr. Goulfine has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2005, and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. Mr. Goulfine was raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and graduated cum laude from Florida State University in 2002. He obtained his juris doctorate degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2005, once again graduating with the honor of cum laude.
