David Bradshaw: Attorney with Preszler Injury Lawyers

Biography

David maintains diverse practices in both British Columbia and Ontario. He handles cases involving motor vehicle, marine, farm, aviation, and slip/trip and fall accidents, long-term disability benefit denials, assaults, dog bites, and other areas of negligence. He has experience with claims involving complex brain and psychiatric injuries, catastrophic impairment, and economic loss claims of high income-earners.

David is passionate about advocating for the underdog and is not afraid to fight large insurance companies to get his clients the compensation they deserve. He believes in building strong relationships and strives for practical resolutions to complex disputes.

David has trial, appeal, and a variety of interlocutory experience at the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of British Columbia, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and Ontario Youth Court. He also regularly appears in front of other adjudicatory bodies including the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Social Securities Tribunal, and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.

In his limited spare time, David enjoys backcountry camping, snowboarding, volleyball, rock climbing, and cooking.
