Biography

David C. Dismuke "Dave" has spent his career focusing his practice on civil litigation and trial advocacy. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar and believes strongly in the right to trial by jury. He has maintained an AV Preeminent, 5.0 out of 5, Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubble and was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2013 and 2014. As an Eagle Member, David is passionate about the mission and work of the Florida Justice Association.
