Biography

David White entered Texas Tech University School of Law with a passion for criminal law, but it was a prosecution clinic that truly defined his career path. While learning the mechanics of the courtroom, he witnessed a side of the justice system that deeply unsettled him. This experience ended any uncertainty, David knew then he would spend his career fighting on the defense side, vowing never to be the lawyer who just goes through the motions. Today, David carries that commitment into every case at his firm. His intake discipline is rigorous, he never quotes a fee or recommends a plea without first scrutinizing the probable cause affidavit, police reports, and lab analyses. With twenty-two years of experience, David ensures that no client is ever caught in a system that values speed over justice. Every week, the firm’s three attorneys review every active case together to ensure every detail is covered.
